Benedict J. Del Re’ received a BA in Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC in 1982.
He graduated from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles in 1986 with a degree of Juris Doctor and has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1986.
He is also licensed to practice before the District of Columbia Bar, and has been sworn in by the United States Supreme Court to argue appeal cases before them.
Del Re’ is a member of the N.C. Bar Association, the N.C. Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Bar Association.
